2001:
in 2001 some very good movies stood hit status on box office. Movies like Anandam, murari, nuvvu nenu are blockbusters at that time. But main competition bet ween pawan kalyan’s kushi and balakrishna’s Narasimha naidu at the box office, but Bala krishna win the race by few crores. Kushi collected 23 cr at box office but Narasimha naidu collected 25 cr 1st film to collect 25 cr at box office. It is highest grosser of alltime in telugu industry at that time.

2002:
These year started with super hit Nuvvu leka nenu lenu followed by Aadi, sonthosham, jayam, idiot, manmadhudu, but its show of chiranjeevi’s indra stood alltime blockbusted status at the box office. This movie broken all the records of Narasimha naidu and collected 26.5 cr and collected 32cr share at box office…

2003:
This year belongs to jn N.T.R’s movie Simhadri all the way. Simhadri has a tough competition with Mahesh’s okkadu and chiranjeevis Tagore. Okkadu was collected 21.3 cr at box office and Tagor collected 24.12 cr but Simhadri collectet 26.5 cr and stood biggest hit of his carrier at that time.

2004:
Megastar Chiranjeevi strikes this year with a massive hit called Shankar dada mbbs. These movie is remake of bollywood unexpected blockbuster munnabhai mbbs. the comedy timing, sentiment scenes of megastar chiranjeevi is top notch. Movie collected approx 25.35 cr at box office.

2005:
This year big heros movies are mostly flopped to average movies. At the same time small to medium budget films proved that with less star cast will work big at box office with good content. Nuvvu vastanante nenoddantana, bunny, bhadra, athanokkade, gajini, chandramukhi and chatrapathi wins the box office. Among this chatrapathi stood blockbuster hit and collected 19.25 cr in that year.

2006:
Mahesh babu is back with bind blowing performance in Pokiri. Pokiri was a sensation at that time the dialogs are still popular now. His one of the best movie and best performance till date. Mahesh babu’s pokiri collected 40 cr and 1st movie in the telugu industry to archive 40 cr+ share world wide.

2007:
2007 was one of poor year for tollywood, few movies worked but most of the films tanked at box office. But Young Tiger N.T.R’s Yama donga stood super hit in 2007. The action-fantasy of ss rajamouli’s directions wonder collected 28 cr at box office and became Years Biggest Hit for Tollywood.

2008:
Power star pawan kalyan proves that his stamina at box office with his Jalsa . Even though his movies flopping from 2002 to 2007 he has strong fan base in mass and class centers. Jalsa opened packed houses across the state with positive reviews and collected 28.12 cr at box office.

2009:
This year started with socio fantasy movie Arundhati, Anushka is a leading lady. This lady oriented movie stood blockbuster at box office with 29.65 cr collections. Then the movie of the decade Magadheera fired at box office with a storm. Ss rajamouli’ directional wonder broken Mahesh babu’s 40 cr record held in 2006. And set new bench mark for up coming big star movies. Magadheera one of the india’s best film till date. Movie collected 60.34 cr in all over ap first film to cross 60 cr in telugu film industry and 1st film to cross 73.51 cr world wide gross. The record(Andhra pradesh) not broken for few years untill Baahubali came.

2010:
Super star Rajini kanth robo created wonders in Indian box office Collected very good collections in ap also. Movie collected 29.14 cr at box office and stood blockbuster status at the other side Natasimham nandamuri Balakrishna had not a single hit in his last 10 years stood blockbuster in 2010. Simha movie arrived in theaters with a huge expectations and reaches those expectations by a long margin. Simha movie collected 32 cr at box office highest collective film in his carrier.

2011:
Prabhas movie mr.perfect was the 1st blockbuster film at the box office with the collections of 24.15cr. 2nd half of the year belongs to Dookudu.It was Super star Mahesh babu’s 1st blockbuster after 5 years gap. His fans was egerly waiting for a hit. Mahesh babu was given treat with dookudu for his fans. Movie collected 57 cr at box office.

2012:
Power star Pawan kalyan is given Block Buster hit this time, that movie name is Gabbar singh. This movie is remake of bollywood blockbuster Dabang. This movie is purely work because of good team work. Directed by Harish Shankar very well narrated story suitable for pawan kalyan. Gabbar singh historical box office run ended with 60.4 cr in all over world. 2nd film to collect 60 cr after Magadheera. It stood blockbuster status at box office.

2013:
Its power star pawan kalyan again with attarintiki daredi. Lot of controversies during pre release of the film. Some part of the movie leaked before release of the movie and Telangana state demand at the same time. In all that movie stood alltime block buster status at box office. Attarintiki daredi collected 59.07 cr at Andhra Pradesh and misses 1st place by few margin. This movie collected world wide share of 75.37 cr 1st film to collect 75cr world wide and broken the record of Magadheera (73.65 cr).

2014:
Stylish star Allu Arjun’s Race gurram Collected 58.5 cr at box office and become highest grossing film of 2014. Lot of big movies struggled to cross 40 cr mark but Racegurram movie wins all hearts and bramhanandam climax comedy standout for next few years.

2015:
This year Belongs to biggest motion poster of indian cinema Baahubali The Beginning, SS Rajamouli’s epic directorial collected historical collections in telugu version of around 194 cr and worldwide movie collected 304 cr share and later movie releases internationally and collected 15 cr more. total of 320cr~ movie became biggest indian cinema hit of all time.

2016:
This year belongs to Young Tiger NTR, released two movies and both were hits and collected over 50cr plus shares. Janatha Garage Became NTR Carrier biggest hit and collected 85cr share as per producer and became 2016 year tollywood biggest hit.

2017:
This year again belongs to Epic Block buster of all time “Baahubali The Conclusion”. This movie created sensational records in all over world and collected over 1800cr gross worldwide. and total share of 900cr+ and became only indian movie to achieve this gigantic mark.

2018:
All top hero movies released this year but an experimental 3 hours long movie called “Rangasthalam” stolen everybody’s heart and became all time non baahubali industry hit for tollywood. Movie collected over 127.5cr share and became years biggest hit also. as an actor Ram charan given carrier best performance in this movie.

2019:
year just started now and in first 3 months only F2 Fun and Frustration was huge block buster at box office with over 84.51cr share… Lets see by year end which movie will stood years biggest hit status.
