Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar:
Dawood Ibrahim is a Mumbai undeerworld criminal mobstar, designated terrorist, and drug dealer, originally from Dongri in Mumbai, India. He is the founder of D-company (Dawood Company). He currently resides in Karachi & heads the Indian organized crime syndicate D-Company in Mumbai in 1970’s. He is wanted on the variuos cases like charges of murder, extortion, targeted killing, drug trafficking, terrorism..etc., He named number 3 on the world 10 most wanted Fugitives by FBI.
Masood Azhar:
He is the founder and leader of the UN-designated terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed. He belongs to a militant group in Pak occupied Kashmir, he is terrorist freed from Indian government in December 1999 in exchange of passengers on hizag Indian Airlines flight 814. Masood Azhar is one of the most wanted terrorists due to his militant activities.
Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi:
Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi is a top leader of the Pakistani terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba. He is currently serving as Supreme Commander of operations in kashmir. He is also a member of freedom fighting groups General Council. He is one of the India’s NIA most wanted list. Indan officials named him as one of four major planners behind Mumbai attacks on December 3, 2008. He reportedly offered to pay Rs.150,000/- for family of Ajmal Kasab for his participation in the attacks.
syed salahuddin:
syed Mohammed Yusuf Shah also known as Syed Salahudeen. He is the head of Hizb-ul-Muzahideen, it is a Kashmiri separatist militant organization operating in Kashmir. He threatened to train more Kashmiri sucude bombers & turned the Kashmir valley into a graveyard for Indian forces.
Ilyas Kashmiri:
Ilyas Kashmiri, also referred to as Maulana Ilyas Kashmiri & Muhammad Ilyas Kashmiri. He was also a leader and senior al-Qaeda operative of the Harkat ui Jihad Islami. The United States and the United Nations designated Ilyas Kashmiri as a terrorist. On 7th Sep 2009 Kashmiri was reported killed along with Hanifullah Janikhel & Kaleemullah in Machikhel, North Waziristan, they were hit by a missile fired from a U.S drone. At that time he was one of the top 10 most wanted militant commanders in Pakistan.
Sajid Mir:
Sajid Mir is a Pakistani Politician & Member of Senate of Pakistan. He is currently serving as Chairperson Senate Committee on Science and Technology. Sajid Mir is the commander of Lashkar-e-Taiba. He belongs to Punjab province of Pakistan. In march 2009 he was elected to the Senate of Pakistan, he reserved seat for technocrats & ulema as PML-N candidate
Hafiz Muhammad Saeed:
Hafiz Muhammad Saeed is the co-founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba. He is a Pakistani Islamist militant and chief of Jama’at-ud-Da’wah, a UN-designated terrorist organization operating mainly from Pakistan. He is one of the most wanted internationally designated terrorist who is influential in Pakistan among certain religious groups. United States announced a bounty of US$10 million on Hafiz Muhammad Saeed in April 2012. India considers him a most wanted terrorist because of his ties to Lashkar-e-Taiba & his alleged involvement in the Mumbai attacks (2008).
Chhota Shakeel:
Babu Miya Shaikh is well known as Chhota Shakeel. Chhota Shakeel is a key assistant of Dawood Ibrahim, the leader of Dawood Company (D-Company). This is one of the biggest company South Asian organized crime. Initially chhota Shakeel ran a dubious travel agency in Dongri, Mumbai. In 1988 he joined Dawood in Dubai. In those days, the match fixing, betting and hawala deals are managed by Sharad for Dawood while the gang’s criminal activities are managed by Chhota Rajan in Mumbai. After the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts & the Dawood-Chhota Rajan split, Shakeel took over the day-to-day operations of the D-Company.
Shabir Ibrahim Kaskar (dead):
Shabir Ibrahim Kaskar died on 12th FEB 1981, he was a notorious Indian criminal based in Mumbai. He was the current gang leader of the D-Company. He was the elder brother of Dawood Ibrahim. The Shabir murder is an important chapter in Mumbai’s underworld as it unleashed a gruesome gang war between Dawood Ibrahim gang and the Pathan gang leading to a cluster of shootouts until the retired don Karim Lala requested a truce, and eventually the Pathan gang dominance was replaced by the Dawood Ibrahim gang.
Major Iqbal:
He is a officer in the ISI as a Major in the Pakistan Army. The United States issued arrest warrants for four Pakistani men as suspects in the attack in April 2011. The men, Sajid Mir, Mazhar Iqbal alias “Major Iqbal”, Abu Qahafa, are believed to be members of Lashkar-e-Taiba and helped plan and train the attackers. David Headley was a member of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), and between 2002 and 2009 Headley travelled extensively as part of his work for Lashkar-e-Taiba. Headley received training in small arms and counter surveillance from Lashkar-e-Taiba, built a network of connections for the group, and was chief scout in scoping out targets for Mumbai attack having allegedly been given US$25,000 in cash in 2006 by an ISI officer known as Major Iqbal, According to Headley’s testimony to Indian authorities the officer also helped him arrange a communications system for the attack, & oversaw a model of the Taj Hotel so that gunmen could know their way inside the target.
